返品・交換の基本方針 / Basic Return and Exchange Policy

万が一、商品に問題がございましたら、商品到着後90日以内にお申し出ください。

対象商品には90日間の安心保証が付いています。
Eligible products come with a 90-day assurance.

保証対象：
Coverage includes:

  • 初期不良 / Initial defects
  • 製造上の欠陥 / Manufacturing defects
  • 配送中の破損 / Damage during shipping
  • 素材の不具合 / Material defects

保証対象外：
Not covered:

  • お客様の過失による破損・汚損 / Damage or soiling from customer negligence
  • 通常使用による自然な摩耗・色あせ / Natural wear or fading from normal use
  • 開封後の化粧品・スキンケア・ヘアケア等（衛生上の理由）/ Opened cosmetics, skincare, haircare, etc. (for hygiene reasons)
  • 改造・分解による故障 / Damage from modification or disassembly
  • 自然災害による損傷 / Damage from natural disasters
  • 不適切な保管による劣化 / Deterioration from improper storage

返品・交換の条件 / Return and Exchange Conditions

1. 不良品・破損品の場合 / For Defective or Damaged Products

条件：
Conditions:

  • 商品到着後90日以内にご連絡ください
    Contact us within 90 days of receipt
  • 不良・破損の状態が分かる写真を添付してください
    Include photos showing the defect or damage
  • 送料は当社が負担いたします
    We cover all shipping costs

対応：
Resolution:

  • 同一商品との交換（在庫がある場合）
    Exchange for the same product (if in stock)
  • 全額返金（在庫がない場合）
    Full refund (if out of stock)

2. お客様都合による返品 / Returns for Personal Reasons

条件：
Conditions:

  • 商品到着後90日以内
    Within 90 days of receipt
  • 未使用・未開封の状態（化粧品・スキンケア・ヘアケアは未開封に限ります）
    Unused and unopened (cosmetics, skincare, and haircare must be unopened)
  • タグ・ラベル・付属品が揃っていること
    Tags, labels, and accessories included
  • 返送料はお客様負担
    Customer pays return shipping

返金について：
Refund process:

  • 商品受領・検品後、10営業日以内に返金処理
    Refund processed within 10 business days after inspection
  • 15日を過ぎても返金されない場合は、メールでご連絡ください
    If a refund is not received after 15 days, please contact us by email

返品・交換できない商品 / Non-Returnable Items

以下の商品は返品・交換をお受けできません：
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 開封・使用済みの化粧品・スキンケア・メイク・ヘアケア・ボディケア用品 / Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, makeup, haircare, and bodycare items
  • 衛生商品（ピアス等、肌に直接触れる商品）/ Hygiene items (pierced earrings and items in direct contact with skin)
  • お客様の責任で破損・汚損した商品 / Products damaged or soiled by the customer
  • 商品到着後90日を経過した商品 / Products after 90 days from receipt
  • セール品（商品ページに明記されている場合）/ Sale items (if specified on the product page)
  • 受注生産・カスタマイズ商品 / Made-to-order or customized products

返品・交換の手順 / Return and Exchange Process

ステップ1：連絡 / Step 1: Contact

otoiawase@tsuyameki.com まで以下の情報をお送りください：
Send the following information to otoiawase@tsuyameki.com:

  • 注文番号 / Order number
  • 商品名 / Product name
  • 返品・交換の理由 / Reason for return/exchange
  • 不良品の場合は写真 / Photos if defective

ステップ2：承認 / Step 2: Approval

2営業日以内に返品・交換の可否と手順をご連絡します
We'll respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions

ステップ3：発送 / Step 3: Shipping

承認後、指定の住所に商品をお送りください
After approval, ship the product to our designated address

ステップ4：処理 / Step 4: Processing

商品到着・検品後、交換または返金処理を行います
After inspection, we'll process the exchange or refund

返金方法 / Refund Methods

返金は原則として、お支払い時と同じ方法で行います：
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

  • クレジットカード：カード会社への返金処理（3〜5営業日）
    Credit card: Refund to card (3–5 business days)
  • Shop Pay、PayPal等：各サービスアカウントへの返金
    Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.: Refund to service account
  • コンビニ・銀行振込：銀行口座への振込（手数料当社負担）
    Convenience store/Bank transfer: Bank transfer (we cover fees)

キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy
